1.Checking your BSNL Broadband account usage click this link.or http://dataone.in/ and after click on this link Check Your Account Usage (top left side)
2.Type your username and password and click login.
3.Click service records.
4.Select the month you want to query and ok.
5.Now you can check here, total volume, total duration and many more.

my phone numbber 040-27620053 have been connectd to broadband from march 2009 with home plan of 125. My hubby is a AP Govt. employee. In the month of May’09 i have paid Rs.2500 and above. I have observed that govt employees are getting 20% discount in the bsnl bills. Pl. adjest the bills retrospectively and infom me at an erlydate.

I am fedup with these bludy BSNL personnels. After every 6 months they change broadband usage check link without any notice … These guys are really bludy fools.
Sir/Madam, this complaint is to register my shock to see the broadband bill for Dec 10. My telephone number is 22231845. We are under the Combo Home plan 500 for the past 2 years and normally our bill amount is in the range of 560-850. This month bill (Dec 2010) shows the amount of Rs.2455/ (refer bill #1084661241). There is no split-up in the billing charges. Similar incident happened during Dec 2009 bill also (amt charged was 1100/+). On all other months we received normal charges. Why this discrepancy in billing? Normally we use the broadband within the prescribed plan amount to avoid over billing. This reference you can have from our previous bills. The latest bill is more shocking. We are not a business establishment. We download only important study materials and few songs as and when required. Hence help us by send the detailed bill of the Dec 2010 and let us know whether we can wait for paying this amount till we receive your reply or not. sir/madam,i am user of your broadbend service from six month but i never get my useage bill of any month.three month ago i change my broadbend plan BB499 and last month i pay my bill as per my plan but yesterday i go to exchange and get my bill of amount Rs.1001 for a month. if my plan is 499 unlimited useage then why i pay more.i ask your employ but they did not satisfy me for this problem.please provide me my all useage bill for mainten tranceparencee as per your departmental commitment.
