Capture fox is a one of Firebox Add-ons feature. You can use this tool to capture fire fox window or the whole screen and make screen cast videos. You can compose tutorials, e-lessons or videos. You can also record your voice. This extension  works only with Windows XP and Vista.

Quick use:

1.    Click here for installing CAPTURE FOX
2.    Icon will display at status bar

3.    Starting capturing click on Icon , A small window will appear

4.    Choose “CAPTURE AREA”,” VIDEO QUALITY” AND “SOUND” AS PER YOUR CHOICE
5.    Click on “START CAPTURING!” button
6.    Recording duration appears after “CAPTURE FOX ICON ON STATUS BAR

7.    Ending capturing click on Icon

Files saves automatically in AVI format, you can play it with  windows media player, VLC Player, jet audio or other AVI compatible software.
