When you delete recycle Bin icon on your desktop in Windows vista or may be some other reason and if you don’t found recycle Bin icon in Windows Vista. Use these simple steps for recover or restore your recycle Bin again.
Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize

Go to left hand side in personalization window and click on change desktop icons.

Now click on Recycle Bin check box , select it and ok.

Now Check your desktop, and you found that recycle bin icon display again.
