Normally when you select multiple files or Folders, hold down CTRL key and click each item you want select.
But in vista you can select multiple files and folders without keyboard.

Follow these steps
1.Open control panel and click folder options icon.
2.Click the View tab.
3.Select the Use check boxes to select items check box, and then click ok.
