When you active quick launch toolbar it’s always display in Task bar. But now you can transfer in other place and make your Pc more user friendlily. some time you feel a little bit panic experience when you work in any program and you want to open other program, it’s very boring , minimize your all open program or click start ,all programs and then click your desire program. Quick launch toolbar is good idea for this solution. But how much programs shortcut display in small bar, if you increase your quick launch toolbar then your task bar area decrease automatically. Normally when you select multiple files or Folders, hold down CTRL key and click each item you want select.
But in vista you can select multiple files and folders without keyboard.

Follow these steps
1.Open control panel and click folder options icon.
2.Click the View tab.
3.Select the Use check boxes to select items check box, and then click ok.
